If QUICK does not recognize your KARMA GRIP, download from:
http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=gopro
file named:
„libusb-win32 – libusb-win32 devices – 10/31/2016 12:00:00 AM – 1.0.1.0”
and unzip, then right click on the „KarmaGripDev” file and click INSTALL, wait a few seconds and finish.
KARMA GRIP will now be detected by QUICK.
